You can request a return within the first 14 days from the delivery date in case you changed your mind about an item and if it has not been opened.

Bear in mind that if you received an item with a clear defect (broken) or has a missing part, you must flag this issue within 48hrs from the delivery date.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.
